1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering an account with jiliet, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise engaging with our platform, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These terms apply to all users accessing jiliet services from within Philippine territory or wherever Philippine jurisdiction extends.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the jiliet website. Continued use of the platform following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in gaming activities on jiliet. This age requirement complies with Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jiliet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jiliet services complies with all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws. jiliet services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines or jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You must:

• Provide your real, legal name as it appears on government-issued identification
• Supply a valid email address and mobile phone number for account verification
• Create a secure password meeting our security requirements
• Provide truthful residential address and date of birth information
• Complete identity verification procedures when requested by jiliet

Each player is permitted only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account credentials under any circumstances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not authorized by you. You must immediately notify jiliet customer support of any unauthorized access or security breach. jiliet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3. DEPOSITS, WITHDRAWALS, AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

3.1 Deposits

jiliet accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya, bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, and other approved Philippine payment channels. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your jiliet account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal activities. jiliet reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to request supporting documentation. We may refuse deposits or suspend accounts pending investigation if fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification and compliance checks are completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-24 hours for verified accounts using GCash or Maya, and 1-3 business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required.

You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jiliet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

3.3 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

Promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Bonus terms are detailed in each promotional offer and must be reviewed carefully before claiming any bonus. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

3.4 Currency and Transaction Fees

All transactions on jiliet are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jiliet does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. Currency conversion fees may apply if you deposit or withdraw using payment methods denominated in currencies other than PHP.

4. GAMEPLAY RULES AND BETTING CONDUCT

4.1 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

jiliet operates on principles of fair play and integrity. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Arbitrage betting or advantage play across multiple platforms
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access platform source code

4.2 Betting Limits and Restrictions

jiliet reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and other restrictions on individual accounts at our sole discretion. We may limit or refuse bets from any player for any reason without explanation. All bets are subject to acceptance by jiliet, and we reserve the right to void bets placed in error or resulting from system malfunction.

4.3 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual game outcomes conducted by professional dealers. Game results are final and binding once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to customer support within 48 hours of the disputed event. jiliet's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the jiliet platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, data compilations, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of jiliet or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the jiliet platform without express written permission. Unauthorized use of jiliet intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal action.

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

jiliet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any other jiliet policy
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification procedures
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Inactivity for an extended period (180 days or more)
• At our sole discretion for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons

Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Remaining account balances, subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding obligations, will be returned according to our withdrawal procedures. jiliet reserves the right to withhold funds subject to investigation or legal proceedings.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiliet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or inability to access the platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• System failures, software errors, or technical malfunctions
• Interruption of service or data transmission errors

jiliet's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jiliet, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of jiliet services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Before initiating formal dispute resolution proceedings, you agree to first contact jiliet customer support to attempt informal resolution of any complaint or dispute. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jiliet's failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and other incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and jiliet regarding your use of the platform.
